NSCP-A has been designed to support entry-level or intermediate professionals confidently navigate NSC administration by developing the skills and knowledge to be successful at the following:
- Understanding both provincial and federal legislative compliance requirements
- Developing a compliance management program that meets the provincial oversight system and log auditing program
- Managing driver files for compliance
- Maintaining adequate equipment records that can easily be audited
